When purchasing plane tickets you have the liberty of choosing any agency of preference. If you are looking for an agency, we often use Raptim Travel. Feel free to reach out to them for a quote.

Mandatory Waiver Form - Medical Insurance:

*Please print, sign and send back to me via email at [email protected]

You are free to choose any medical provider provided they have sufficient coverage and medical evacuation. Use the Third Party Overseas Medical Insurance Form for Global Volunteers to compare.  Your coverage must be equal to or better than the coverage listed on the form.  Once you have selected an insurance provider, please complete the document titled Third Party Overseas Medical Insurance Form for Global Volunteers attached below in this lecture. Print it, sign it, scan it and send it to [email protected]

Reminders Before Take-Off:

1) Have I submitted my PAOC Waiver form?

2) Have I submitted the appropriate medical insurance form?

3) Did I send my flight confirmation to both Leanna Colonna and Valerie Penney?

4) Do I have a copy of my medical card with me?

5) Have I completed the PIPEDA course?

6) Have I completed the Vulnerable Persons course?

If you have answered YES to all of the above questions, you're ready to fly.
